SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • All submissions must be unsolicited.
  • Applications are accepted on a continuing basis and will be reviewed quarterly.
  • Applications must be received two months prior to the Advisory Committee meeting month.
  • Allow adequate time for the Advisory Committee to review and decide upon each submission for a cash donation.
  • A submission does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Notification will be made to the submitting party and not necessarily to the individual making the submission and communicated by month’s end following the Advisory Committee meeting month.
  • All decisions by the Bausch Foundation Advisory Committee are final.
